About Urvara Minds

‘Urvara Minds’ is a gateway that focuses on inner transformation through expanding your consciousness by self-development and raising cultural and emotional intelligence. Behind ‘Urvara Minds’ are the founders, Ms. Vibha Patel and Ms. Olivia Dasgupta who joined hands in 2022 and pledged towards better mental health for the modern society. 


Urvaraminds is a counseling and coaching service that offers a range of services to help individuals, couples, families, and professionals achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Urvaraminds uses evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach to help clients develop coping skills, overcome challenges, and lead fulfilling lives. With a team of experienced and compassionate professionals, we provide personalized, confidential, and supportive services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career concerns, or other challenges, we can help you gain insight, build resilience, and achieve your full potential.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being. We strive to promote mental health awareness and reduce the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health concerns. 

Our Objectives

  1. Provide professional counseling and coaching services to individuals, couples, families, and professionals seeking help for mental health concerns, relationship issues, career challenges, and more.
  2. Offer evidence-based and culturally-sensitive interventions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with a focus on promoting resilience, coping skills, and overall well-being.
  3. Create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and receive guidance and support from compassionate and experienced professionals.
  4. Promote mental health awareness and reduce the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health concerns by offering educational resources, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  5. Continuously improve the quality of our services by staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices, and by seeking feedback from clients to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our interventions.
