We at Urvaraminds strive to provide high-quality counseling and coaching services to all our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where clients may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of services. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Return Policy
Since our services are intangible and personalized to meet the unique needs of each client, we do not offer returns or refunds for our counseling and coaching services.

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to speak with your therapist or coach about your concerns.
